For information on the use of browser storage technologies, please refer to our Cookie Policy.
11. Amendments to these terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals as determined by applicable procedural law.
Where the user qualifies as a consumer under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction.
Where the user legally qualifies as a consumer, they may consult the consumer alternative dispute resolution bodies available in Spain and the European Union. The former European ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025.
14. Free beta access and subsequent subscription
During the beta phase, access to Eventus Pro is free for accounts activated by invitation. No card is required and no charges are made during this phase. The duration of the beta is not fixed in advance.
When the beta ends, Eventus Pro will be offered through a paid monthly subscription. Eventus will notify affected accounts by email at least 30 days in advance of the end date of free access and the terms of the paid plan. Free access will not automatically convert into a paid subscription. The fee, applicable taxes and total monthly amount will be displayed clearly before the user expressly confirms the subscription. Monthly billing with automatic renewal may begin only after that confirmation.
Users may cancel subscription renewal at any time through the billing portal. Paid access remains active until the end of the billed period unless the law provides otherwise.
No refunds will be provided except where legally required.
15. Service limits
The subscription permits management of the following resources subject to the technical and commercial limits shown for the selected plan:
- Events
- Users and team members up to the plan limit
- Customers and contacts
- Quotes
Where a resource is advertised as unlimited, it remains subject to the Fair Use Policy (Section 16) and proportionate measures against abuse or technical risk.
16. Fair Use Policy
Usage of the Platform must be normal and aligned with standard event management SaaS usage.
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Abusive automated usage (bots, scraping, bulk data loading)
- Attempts to overload or crash the system
- Fraudulent or non-intended usage
- Any use that compromises the stability or security of the Platform
Eventus may apply the following proportionate measures and, where possible, give prior notice:
- Temporarily limit resources on abusive accounts
- Suspend accounts that violate this policy
- Request plan changes in case of excessive usage that affects platform performance
17. Data and storage
Users are responsible for the data they enter on the Platform.
The Platform may enforce data storage limits when needed for its stability.
The Platform applies reasonable backup measures to preserve service continuity and recovery. These measures do not guarantee indefinite data retention or the complete absence of data loss in exceptional incidents.
The owner shall not be liable for data loss caused by user actions, negligence, or breach of these Terms.
18. Payments and subscriptions
Payments will only be processed after the user expressly subscribes to the monthly plan through the process described in Section 14. The end of the beta or of free invitation-only access does not, by itself, create any charges.
All fees are charged in advance for the following billing period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date.
No refunds will be provided except where legally required.
Prices may be changed with prior notice of at least 30 days. Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.
19. Service protection
Accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of:
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Abuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Illegal, fraudulent, or non-intended use of the service
- Any action that compromises the security, stability, or performance of the Platform
Except in urgent security, fraud or legal cases, Eventus will seek to explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach before permanently terminating an account.
